Here at Balloon Explosion we pride ourselves with giving the best service and attention to every job no matter how large or small and there is nothing more gratifying than actually being told you have done a good job. Just a quick note to express how impressed I have been with the service and product range at Balloon Explosion. I came in store a few weeks ago and purchased banners, invites, table clothes etc for my son's first birthday. The lady who served me was Lorraine. She was professional and incredibly helpful. She efficiently found me everything I needed and came up with helpful suggestions too. I also ordered 2 ballons to be collected this week. I originally stated Friday to collect but rang this morning and was able to collect today, balloons were ready and waiting by 10.30am. Again another example of excellent service.
 
I just wanted to say thank you to Lorraine and Ballon Explosion. I will certainly be recommending you to anybody and everybody I can.
